Brain dumps from Student’s perspective

Brain dumps from Student’s perspective:

Brain dumps are actual exam questions and most of them are illegally acquired by corrupt individuals who work in, or own Test Centers, but the fact remains valid that Brain dumps are actual exam questions.

A Student’s Stance on Brain dumps:

Being an IT student for a certain certification exam, most of the students are concerned are with two things 1) The subject knowledge 2) Success in certification exams in first attempt.

While there are students who are either too much obsessed for subject knowledge or success in exams, but most general decent students needs balance, they study hard to gain knowledge but they surely do not want to attempt exams over and over again.

Now brain dumps although being ill-legal, has a benefit that a conscious and nervous student can relive himself by having a look at exam style that is expected to be in test.

I am no advocate of brain dumps but my point of emphasis is that if a student prepares thoroughly by using study guides and practice exams but before exams he uses these brain dumps to ensure that he is fully prepared for the exams, he is in my view taking the “best practice” approach in his preparation. Because if he does not do this his peers, who may have prepared less than him, might get successful in exams.

However, the ill-legal methods use to obtain these question are obviously not appreciated but I think actual examples of past exam questions help in better preparation of exams.

Students, who solely rely on brain dumps, however make a mistake and they should not risk their careers in this way.

To avoid the spread of brain dumps, I think there should be a legitimate way, from certification vendors, to provide past questions to help students in understanding the true nature of certification exams. I think that overly monetized attitude of various certification vendors have caused this brain dumps industry to flourish.
